Andrew Koji Shiraki, a dear friend of mine and a devoted artist/humanitarian extrodinare is in the home stretch of a monumental kickstarter campaign ending 12 Feb 2010. As you already know if you have just finished watching the above video, Koji, in conjunction with being a touring artist, also dedicates an extraordinary portion of his time to humanitarian efforts. This campaign directly enables his active participation and support of such efforts. ‘Kickstarting’ his project at varying degrees will also guarantee you some sweet exclusive memorabilia and pre-release recordings. One key point to stress: if the target amount is not reached by the deadline all of the donations will be returned and the project will not be funded.
